Guru Nanak Institute of Management, established in 1996, was the first institute under Delhi Sikh Gurudwara management committee (DSGMC) to offer management education. Post Graduate Diploma in Management:
P.G.D.M. Business Management - Stands for Post Graduate Diploma in Management. A PGDM is a two year postgraduate degree, eligibility for which is an undergraduate degree in business management or business administration. Subjects usually studied under this degree are Principles of Management, Quantitative Methods, Managerial Economics, Financial Accounting, Marketing Management, IT for Management, Corporate Communication, Organizational Behavior, Operations Management, Human Resource Management etc.
