The closing date for the availability and submission of the Application forms is 15 October 2015. Eligibility Criteria

1. The candidate must be a graduate from any discipline.
                                                 OR

Must have Medical Degrees (Allopathic, Ayurvedic, Homeopathy, Dentistry etc), B.Sc Nursing, paramedical and allied health courses like pharmacy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, etc.

2. Also, they must have a total 3 years of work experience as a manager or supervisor in Hospitals or in Public Health facilities.

Application Procedure

1. The candidates can click on the link given above to access the Application form for Admission into PGDHQM of TISS.
2. Fill in the Application form (hard copy).
3. Pay the Application fee of Rs. 750/- via the Bank Challan.
4. The filled in application form and a Bank Challan copy along with the required documents must be sent to –

Fee Details

The fee for TISS PGDHQM Registration is Rs. 750/-. The total fee including the course fee, examination fee, tuition fee, convocation fee, computer centre and library fee is Rs. 75000/-.
